After leaving school Craig went on to study Maths & Economics at university but decided that career path was not for him. As he was always interested in cooking and plans one day to own his own restaurant Craig decided to enrol on the Chef’s Diploma course at the College.

Craig filled in the show’s application form on line and was invited to Leeds for an audition which involved taking part in a mini version of the show. Having successfully passed the audition he took part in the show filmed on 12 January 2010 in Manchester.

A large screen television is being set up in the College’s Meeting Place for students and staff to cheer Craig on today Monday 8 February 2010 at 3.25pm Good luck Craig from everyone!
