Course overview

The CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (EYE) FAST TRACK qualification is run over a maximum of 6 months.

We aim to start this 22nd April 2024 and complete in Feb 2025

Course requirements

You must be employed in an educational setting and this must be proved and discussed with Early Years team prior to enrolling.

What will I do?

This is a full and relevant Level 3 for experienced educational professionals who require a licence to practice to work within early years settings.

In order to aid holistic delivery and assessment the units have been structured around the following topics: Development, Play and Active Learning, Child Health, Legislation, Keeping Children Safe and Emotional Wellbeing, Partnership Working, SEN, Curriculum, Observations, Professional Development. The programme is made up of 23 mandatory units and all units must be completed.

You will be assessed by your tutor or assessor through a range of methods including direct observation within the workplace, a portfolio of evidence, written assignments. Complete a longitudinal study set by awarding body and demonstrate competency in a real work environment.
